Adam Novak

Owner/Instructor

Adam is a full-time Critical Care Paramedic at City of Pella Community Ambulance and works PRN at Boone County Hospital Ambulance. Adam attended Western Illinois University where he received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration and his Master's Degree of Business Administration. He has been in EMS since 2016 when he took an EMT class to work part-time in college while pursing his degree. After college, he moved back to Des Moines and worked as an EMS Instructor and Director of Continuing Education at Mercy College of Health Sciences. Later, Adam completed coursework to become a Paramedic. Adam is a big believer in 'Everyone should know CPR', so he started this company to help teach everyone about the importance of CPR.

Reid Taylor

Instructor

Reid graduated from Central College in 2022 where he received his undergraduate degree in Exercise Science on the Pre-Physician’s Assistant path. Reid obtained his EMT certification during college. Since college, Reid has started working full-time with the City of Pella Community Ambulance. Reid has continued on his EMS path and has become an Advanced EMT. Reid has seen firsthand how community-based CPR can save lives and that’s why he enjoys getting out into the surrounding areas and teaching this lifesaving skill.

Caden Hudson

Instructor

Caden entered the field of Emergency Medical Services in 2018 and presently holds a full-time position as a Paramedic/Firefighter with the City of Clive. Concurrently, Caden is pursuing academic degrees to advance his personal education and career objectives. With experience in instructing topics in Emergency Medical Services in both formal and informal environments, Caden's commitment to CPR training extends beyond mere technicalities. It is anchored in a sincere aspiration to cultivate a community well-prepared to navigate unexpected medical emergencies.
